We may collect your name, phone number, email address, account details, selected products and sizes, order information, and the delivery address details you provide, including house/flat number, building, area, sector, locality, landmark, city and PIN code.

We use this information to manage your account, validate orders, process payments, deliver orders, maintain order history and respond to customer requests.
3. Delivery Area
PetHouz currently provides FREE delivery only in Chandigarh and Mohali. Delivery information is used to confirm that an order is within the supported service area and to complete delivery.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment-related information may be shared with the payment gateway as required to process and verify a transaction. PetHouz does not intentionally expose the Razorpay secret key or rely only on browser-side payment confirmation.
5. Returns
Return, refund and exchange requests must be handled directly through a PetHouz physical store in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect customer and order information and do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
