If you want to return any product, you must visit our store in person.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not processed online. Any refund request must be handled at our physical store after inspection of the product.

3. Exchange Policy
🔄 Exchange is only allowed by visiting the store.

Products can be exchanged only if they are unused and in original condition.

4. Conditions for Return/Exchange

• Product must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be available
• Purchase bill is required
• Must be brought to store within reasonable time

5. Non-Returnable Items

Used pet food products and opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Store Visit Required
