Shipping & Delivery Policy
PetHouz provides local delivery through our personal delivery partner under the following rules.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver only to:
✔ Mohali
We do not deliver outside Chandigarh and Mohali, including for additional delivery charges.
2. Minimum Order Value
The minimum website order value for delivery is ₹1,000.
3. Delivery Time
Timing may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, customer availability or other unforeseen operating conditions.
4. Delivery Charges
FREE DELIVERY applies to eligible orders within Chandigarh and Mohali.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed after the website validates the order value, delivery area, product availability and payment option. Online payments are considered paid only after successful server-side verification.
6. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. PetHouz may contact the customer if a landmark, sector, locality or other delivery detail is needed.
7. Returns
The delivery partner does not process doorstep returns. Customers must visit/reach a PetHouz physical store directly for eligible returns or exchanges.
